YXE Bedding Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility for Refunds & Returns:
- 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items for a refund. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item for an exchange or full refund, including shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygienic reasons, pillows, mattress protectors, and clearance items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refund Process:

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned items.

- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
